| POLICIES WHILE THESE POLICIES ARE NOT NECESSARILY NEW TO PLAY HOUSE, WE FEEL THE NEED TO RESTATE SEVERAL OF THESE POLICIES. REFUND POLICY- Due to the cost of handling registration forms and checks, placing children on waiting lists, etc., we have found it necessary to make the policy that anyone dropping the program after roles have been given out will not receive any refund. The only exception is if your child is too uncomfortable to continue in our program and we are notified either during auditions or shortly after, before the next workshop meeting. Once parts have been assigned refunds will only be given in the amount of costume rental and/or volunteer buy out if paid. RETURNED CHECK POLICY- Checks returned by the bank for any reason (insufficient funds, closed accounts, etc.) will incur an additional $10.00 handling charge in addition to any fees charged by our bank. Once we have had a check returned we will ask you to make all further payments in cash (a receipt will be provided upon request). |
